Lessard Bicycles is looking for a bicycle mechanic to join its team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and assembly of bicycles to ensure their performance and customer safety. This person plays a key role in the customer experience by providing professional, fast and high-quality service.
Main responsibilities
- Effectuer l’entretien et la réparation de vélos (route, montagne, électrique, etc.)
- Diagnose mechanical problems and propose appropriate solutions
- Assemble and adjust new bikes
- Conseiller la clientèle au besoin
- Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé
Desired profile
- Expérience en mécanique de vélos (un atout important)
- Knowledge of different components and systems (brakes, drivetrains, etc.)
- Autonomy, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Bon service à la clientèle
- Ability to work as part of a team
