Job description

Lessard Bicycles is looking for a meticulous and organized stock receiving, inventory management and warranty clerk to join its team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in receiving merchandise, monitoring inventory and managing warranty files, while ensuring a structured, efficient work environment and quality service.

Main responsibilities

Stock reception

  • Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming goods.
  • Confirm that products are compliant (quantity, quality, purchase orders).
  • Identify and report any anomalies to suppliers.
  • Organize and store products in the appropriate areas.

Inventory management

  • Monitor in-store and warehouse inventory levels.
  • Enter and update data in the inventory system.
  • Take part in cycle counts and annual inventories.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of inventory data.

Warranty management

  • Open, process and track warranty claims.
  • Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for claims.
  • Handle follow-up for returns, repairs, and replacements.
  • Inform customers and internal teams on the progress of files.
  • Keep warranty records organized and up to date.

Operations and organization

  • Maintain a clean, structured, and efficient work environment.
  • Optimize the organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
  • Work with the sales and service teams to ensure product availability.
  • Help manage the transfer of goods between departments.

  • Strong communication skills.

Qualification
  • Experience in inventory management, logistics or receiving goods (an asset).
  • Experience in after-sales service or warranty management (a strong asset).
  • Retail experience (an asset).
  • Comfortable with computer systems and management tools.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français (anglais fonctionnel, un atout).
