Deliveries, returns and purchases
All products, except bikes and oversized items, qualify for free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders of $99 or more. In-store pickup is free for all available products. For any purchase under $99, standard shipping fees apply and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Bikes and oversized items are shipped with flat-rate fees by province: $50 for Quebec (including Montreal and Gatineau / Ottawa), $100 for Ontario and the Maritimes, and $150 for the rest of Canada. If you live within a 20 km radius of the shop, your bike can be delivered fully assembled and ready to ride.
Certain remote areas or non-standard addresses may incur additional fees. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping to obtain your approval. Contact us for more information.
Processing times are 1 to 5 business days for regular orders and 1 to 3 weeks for bikes and oversized items (including assembly and mechanical inspection). These times are in addition to the estimated delivery times. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
During peak periods or the holiday season, additional delays may occur due to high carrier volume. To avoid delays, we recommend choosing the “pick up in store” option whenever possible.

When your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You will then be able to track the delivery status of your order at any time. This process may take 1 to 5 business days, except for bikes. Processing times for bikes may vary between 1 to 3 weeks.
Order changes
It is not possible to modify or combine orders. If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us directly at the store at 418-656-0570 to cancel it. You can then place a new order. If it has already shipped, the return policy for your item applies.
Order errors
If we make a mistake while preparing your order, we will gladly take back the shipped package(s) at our expense. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at service@lessardbicycles.com or by phone at 418-656-0570.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
- With the original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or valid proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
Any claim for damage or error must be made within a reasonable time after receipt so that we can assess the situation and resolve it quickly.
For any claim regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our customer service.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Special orders or customized products
- Bikes or equipment that have been assembled or used
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Hygiene or personal care products once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Underwear that has already been worn

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item in accordance with our policy.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product, subject to inventory availability.
Exchanges can also be made in store, subject to availability.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original method of payment
- Processing will be completed within a maximum of 10 business days
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our customer service.
If you find a product purchased at Lessard Bicycles at a lower price from a competitor, or if the price displayed on our website drops within 10 days of your purchase, Lessard Bicycles will refund the difference in the form of a gift card credit added to your customer account.
All price match requests must meet the conditions below. Lessard Bicycles reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy.

Eligibility conditions
- The best price guarantee cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
- The comparison item must be identical (same model, same color, and same size).
- The price match policy applies only to products sold directly by Lessard Bicycles, in store or on our website.
- Auctions, clearance or final sales, used products, demo or display models, and unofficial websites are not eligible.
- Lessard Bicycles reserves the right to limit the quantity of products eligible for the price guarantee.
- Out-of-stock products or products whose promotional price has expired are not eligible for a price adjustment.
At Lessard Bicycles, we regularly offer promotions so our customers can benefit from the best prices. However, promotions are subject to certain conditions described below.
Eligibility of promo codes
Promo codes apply only to regular-priced products that are in stock at the time of purchase.
Products that are not in stock and are available by special order from the supplier are not eligible for any promotion and cannot be combined with a promo code.
Promotions cannot be combined with one another, unless otherwise indicated.
Newsletter promo code
By subscribing to our newsletter, you can enjoy early-bird discounts. Exclusive offers, flash sales, and tips are sent to you regularly.
Offers linked to the newsletter apply only to in-stock items at regular price and are valid for a limited time.
Lessard Bicycles reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion at any time, without notice.

The following are excluded from the newsletter promo code, unless otherwise indicated:

- Items already on sale
- Gift cards
General conditions
- Promotions are valid for a limited time.
- They cannot be applied retroactively to a previous purchase.
- Offers are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
- In the event of a display or pricing error, Lessard Bicycles reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount paid.

For any defect or damage involving a product purchased online or in-store at Lessard Bicycles, we invite you to:

Bicycle purchases
Bikes sold at Lessard Bicycles are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties, which generally apply to the frame and components.
The duration and terms of these warranties vary depending on the brand of bike purchased.
Lessard Bicycles in-house warranty
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, every bike purchase at Lessard Bicycles includes:
A 1-year in-house warranty:
- Brake adjustments
- Gear adjustments
- One warranty tune-up to be carried out at the end of the first year
