• How to use the tool:
• The checking tool is designed to verify the symmetry of the axle between the hubs and the rim. First press the middle of the tool against the hub axle and move the frame with the sliders closer to the rim so the sliders touch the rim. Then secure the rest with a screw and check the other side of the wheel. This lets you see whether the hub is centered relative to the rim. If the wheel is not centered, it must be re‑dished.
