The BackStage is the only 180-degree swing-away platform hitch rack on the market. Whether you drive a truck, SUV, or RV, this rack is perfect for those who need open access to the rear of their vehicle. Based on the MonoRail platform, the BackStage is an adaptable rack that’s incredibly easy to use and offers full access to the back of the vehicle, even with bikes loaded. The BackStage is a two-bike rack only and cannot be expanded to carry three bikes.

• The industry’s first 180-degree pivoting platform bike rack
• Carries 2 bikes, up to 60 lb per tray. Not compatible with the Add-On option
• No frame contact, secures the bike by the front wheel
• Carries road tires up to 5.0 inches wide, and diameters from 20 to 29 inches
• Compatible with wheelbases from 34 to 49 inches
• Folds flat against the vehicle and tilts 30 degrees for hatch access
• Available only for 2-inch hitches. Uses RockyMounts’ premium 3-axis anti-wobble system
• Includes a hitch lock pin and a locking cable, both keyed alike
• Not suitable for bikes equipped with fenders.
