The Quad Lock® Flat Stem Adapter allows cyclists with a flat handlebar or square stem to use the Quad Lock stem mount. Simply place the Flat Stem Adapter between the handlebar or stem and the Quad Lock stem mount to create a secure and stable mounting option.
