With its distinct look, the all-new Empire™ VR70 Knit brings a new dimension to off-road footwear. Its design fuses our new Xnetic™ knit upper—offering unprecedented comfort and breathable support—with an internal TPU skeletal system that provides targeted support. Treated with a DWR water-repellent finish, the water-resistant upper is easy to clean and features a rubber toe guard and a welded TPU heel counter to prevent wear. Around the ankle, a close-fitting, sock-like knit cuff provides both support and a shield against rocks, branches, and other trail debris. Rounding it all out, an Easton EC70 carbon fiber outsole delivers pro-level stiffness, and a molded Vibram® rubber outsole offers protection and high-traction grip that makes walking much easier.
