• No more problems with damaged pedal mounting threads on crank arms. With our Crank Saver kit, you can repair damaged threads and save your beloved cranks.
• First use the reamer taps to create oversized 5/8˝ × 24 TPI threads in the crank arms. Carefully clean the threads, then apply threadlocker to the insert and install it in the crank arm. Finally, thread the pedal into the insert.

• The kit includes:
• Left and right 5/8˝ × 24 TPI reamer taps
• 10 threaded pedal inserts for left crank arms
• 10 threaded pedal inserts for right crank arms
• The kit comes in a metal case with cut SOS foam trays so every tool always has its place.
