B-RAD Mounting Bases

B-RAD bases are the foundation of the B-RAD system, as the rest of the system’s accessories mount to them. They let you move bottles to make room for frame bags, shift bottles away from suspension shocks, and create space to mount extra bottles and/or bags on the same bottle mount.

B-RAD 2

The 2-slot base can move a bottle or other accessory up to 54 mm to an optimal location, even on smaller or dual-suspension frames

B-RAD 3

The 3-slot base with 4 threaded holes offers an additional 118 mm of adjustment and more mounting options than the B-RAD 2. A typical setup would be to mount a bottle cage in the forward threaded holes with a B-RAD accessory hidden behind it. It fits perfectly on triple-bottle mounts on frames and forks. B-RAD 3 includes a recommended zip tie, zip-tie channels, and a foam pad for secure mounting

B-RAD 4

The 4-slot base is the longest base with 9 threaded holes for ultimate flexibility and capacity for bikepacking, touring, commuting, or just exploring on two wheels. It’s long enough to move a bottle up to 201 mm or mount two small bottles in line or multiple accessories. B-RAD 4 includes the required zip ties, zip-tie channels, and a foam pad for secure mounting

DOGBONE

The Dogbone can be used to offset a bottle or other accessory to an optimal location. Most commonly used on smaller, curved, or dual-suspension frames

Compatibility

Mounting any of the bases requires at least two standard threaded bottle cage bosses. B-RAD 3 and B-RAD 4 must use the auxiliary foam pad (to protect your frame) and a zip tie to secure the base. No other mounting method is recommended

You may need a problem-solver kit or similar method to clear a front derailleur clamp. Be sure to use bolts with extra length equal to the additional spacing added

Compatible with any frame that uses standard 64mm-spaced bottle cage braze-ons (basically every modern frame)

Included hardware uses T25 Torx heads
