Description
The Merit™ Spherical is a high-performance trail helmet built around the ball-and-socket design of Spherical™ technology to deliver incredible ventilation, deep coverage, and luxurious comfort. Helmets with Spherical technology offer more complete performance and protection thanks to the Mips® brain protection system, where the outer shell rotates around the inner shell like a ball in its socket to redirect rotational impact energy. Progressive layering also helps absorb both high- and low-speed impacts. Massive ventilation ports are combined with channels in the EPS foam shell, creating an incredible airflow through the helmet to shed heat, even on long climbs in hot weather. Adjustments are quick and easy with the Roc Loc® Trail Air fit system, and the plush Ionic+™ padding provides exceptional sweat absorption while fighting odors with its permanent antimicrobial properties. With all these features, it’s an ideal choice for hard pedaling and fast, flowing trail riding.
