Lessard Bicycles is looking for a salesperson / advisor who is passionate about bikes to join its team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in the in-store customer experience by advising customers in their choice of bikes, parts and accessories, while providing professional, human and personalized service.
Responsabilités principales
Customer service and sales
- Welcome in-store customers and identify their needs.
- Advise customers in choosing bikes (road, mountain, hybrid, electric), parts, and accessories.
- Present products clearly and professionally, and tailor explanations to the customer’s level of knowledge.
- Close sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up on requests and special orders.
Product knowledge
- Stay up to date on bike-related products, brands, and technologies.
- Understand technical features in order to properly guide customers.
- Work with the team to maintain a high level of in-store expertise.
Operations and Marketing
- Help showcase products in-store (display, labeling, merchandising).
- Help manage inventory and organize the store.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Profil recherché
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interest in cycling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in simple terms.

- Energy, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Qualification
- Experience in sales or customer service (retail, an asset).
- Knowledge of the cycling industry (a major asset).
- Good command of French (functional English, an asset).
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools.
