How often should I service my bike?
How often you should service your bike depends on how frequently you ride, the type of riding you do and the conditions you ride in. An annual checkup including a full grease service is usually the ideal way to maintain a recreational bike. For riders who use their bike several times a week, a full overhaul is recommended. The bike is then completely disassembled, cleaned, greased and lubricated, just like when it left the factory.
How long do I need to leave my bike with you?
Service turnaround time varies depending on how busy we are, from a few minutes to a few days. With a large inventory of parts and six repair stations, our workshop is well equipped to complete repairs as quickly as possible.
If I need à la carte service, how does it work?
In addition to the services included in tune-up packages, our workshop offers a range of à la carte services tailored to your bike’s specific needs. Many of these services are available at a special rate when combined with a tune-up.
