Shipping, Returns, and Purchases

Free shipping across Canada on all orders of $99 or more.*

All products, with the exception of bikes and oversized items, qualify for free shipping on orders of $99 and over. In-store pickup is free for all products available in store.

For any purchase under $99, shipping fees apply. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, CanPar, FedEx or Labranche Transport.

For all bike orders, as well as bulky products, a $50 fee plus tax will be added for home delivery. If you live within a 20 km radius of the shop, it will be delivered assembled and ready to ride!

*Shipping fees are subject to change if the address is in an out-of-standard zone.

Holiday season shipping

The Canada Post strike is having a major impact on online ordering networks. This means you should anticipate possible delays for standard orders. These impacts will be felt even more as the holiday season approaches. To avoid these delays, we recommend choosing the “pick up in store” option for online orders. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping policy

In-store pickup
When your order is ready, we will contact you with the details for picking it up. This process can take between 1 and 5 business days, except for bikes. Lead times for bikes may vary between 1 and 3 weeks.
Online order
When your parcel is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with your order tracking number. You will then be able to track the delivery status of your order at any time. This process can take 1 to 5 business days, except for bikes. Lead times for bikes can vary between 1 and 3 weeks.

Modification d’une commande

It is not possible to modify or combine an order. If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us directly at the store at 418-656-0570 to cancel it. You can then place a new order. If it has already shipped, the return policy for your item applies.

Order error

If a mistake slips through our fingers while preparing your order, we will gladly take back the shipped package(s) at our expense. Please contact us quickly by email at service@lessardbicycles.com or by phone at 418-656-0570.

Return policy

Returning an item

If you’re not satisfied with an item you purchased online, you can return or exchange it in-store or by mail (at your expense) within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

The item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Please note that special orders and sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. If the item you return is not in new condition, it will be sent back to you (at your expense).

Once we have checked and inspected your package, we will refund the amount corresponding to the price of the item(s) to the credit card used for the purchase.

This process can take up to ten business days after we receive your package. If you paid via PayPal, your funds will be refunded through your PayPal account.

Final sale items are non-refundable.

Pricing policy

For any request regarding the price accuracy of a bike or product purchased in-store or online, we invite you to contact us. In the case of a price reduction, your request must be made within 10 days of the original purchase, and we will refund the difference in the form of a Lessard Bicycles gift card. Restrictions may apply depending on promotions and under certain conditions. Information is updated regularly, although it may change without notice.

Carte-cadeau

The gift card can only be used in the Lessard Bicycles store and on the website www.lessardbicycles.com. This card is non‑refundable whether virtual, physical, or issued as part of a promotion. Lessard Bicycles is not responsible in the event of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the card.
