Insert for tubeless cross-country and trail tires

Vittoria’s Air-Liner Light is a new insert for tubeless MTB tires that boosts the performance and capability of the wheel–tire system. Designed for cross-country, enduro and trail use, the Air-Liner Light was developed in collaboration with pro XC riders and mechanics, and has been raced at UCI Mountain Bike World Cup events. The Air-Liner Light is the lightest and fastest off-road tubeless tire insert on the market.

Imperceptible to the rider, the Air-Liner Light improves bike handling, making it more agile and faster. The insert also allows for progressive tire compression under load. For the bike, this translates into more stability and grip, and for the rider, into optimized ride feel.

In the event of a puncture and loss of pressure, the Air-Liner Light expands, providing excellent tire support and allowing the rider to reach the tech zone to change a wheel or even cross the finish line without paying the price on the clock.

The insert also maximizes puncture protection. Thanks to its unique foam compound, the Air-Liner Light delivers outstanding impact absorption and helps prevent punctures caused by hard tire impacts against the rim sidewalls (pinch flats).

The Air-Liner Light is compatible with 29” MTB tires from 2.1” to 2.4” wide, on rims with internal widths from 25 mm to 30 mm. It works with all types of sealant.

The Air-Liner Light must only be used with tubeless tires and multiway tubeless valves. The Air-Liner Light packaging includes a 40 mm Vittoria Green Multiway Tubeless valve.
