Speedplay Ultra Light Action Walkable

Speedplay drives innovation by equipping its Ultra Light Action pedals with the new Walkable™ cleat technology: the first road pedals with cleats that are truly walkable, Ultra Light Action Walkable™ feature an integrated rubberized cover that stays on the cleat while you’re on the bike. When walking, this cover improves traction while preventing wear. In addition, the low-profile cleat design allows for a natural, fluid stride.

Included with the cleat set are Cleat Buddies, which can be installed to make walking easier in bad weather; placed in the center of the cleat cavity, they prevent debris from building up. Then, when you get back on the bike, they’re easily removed, click together, and tuck into your jersey’s rear pocket.

Ultra Light Action Walkable™ cleats are sold only as a set of two. All Ultra Light Action pedal systems come with standard-type V.2 Ultra Light Action cleats.
