A special refrigerant propellant freezes metal down to -50°C / -45°F. This causes the metal to contract and creates micro-cracks in the corrosion and in galvanically fused metal parts. A penetrating release agent then breaks down and flushes out the rust. With Chill Zone, most seized parts regain functionality.

How to use: Simply spray the rusted part for 10 to 20 seconds and wait 2–3 minutes for the release agent to fully wick in and break down the rust. For parts that are severely rust-welded, spray longer (30–60 seconds) for maximum freezing effect, then wait ten minutes to an hour for the rust to fully break down. When rehabbing a bicycle chain, soak a small section at a time.
